Sandro is the founder of LAGOOON.

With his former label Eleganza, Sandro made waves across Switzerland as early as the 2000s, creating cult events that attracted a loyal party crowd. Fans would follow the Eleganza Boys— of which he was one half — to gigs all over the country, traveling by bus just to be part of the experience.

At the same time, Sandro built a successful career in the media and advertising industry, establishing an extensive network throughout Switzerland. He is currently Chief Revenue Officer at BSC Young Boys, Switzerland's largest football club, where he is responsible for marketing, sponsorship, merchandising, and ticketing.

As a DJ under the name ALENO, his sets are unmistakable — gracefully blending Melodic House and Indie Dance into a unique and captivating sound.

Jan is the co-founder of LAGOOON.

He has an incredible instinct for trends and makes no compromises — neither in music nor in building an event brand.

In his professional life, Jan holds a management position at one of Switzerland’s largest retail companies, overseeing multiple shopping centers across the canton. Creative and sustainable event execution is part of his daily routine.

As Zunder, he is also active as a music artist and can be booked together with ALENO as a dynamic DJ duo.

Lukas is responsible for event technology at LAGOOON.

With years of experience in the event industry, he combines hands-on expertise with a deep understanding of sound, lighting and digital platforms.

From sound systems and lighting to stage setups and web infrastructure, Lukas ensures that the technical foundations run smoothly, both at our events and online. His reliability and practical know-how make him a trusted part of the team.

As Lukas Matt, he is also part of the LAGOOON DJ team, bringing an artist’s perspective to the technical details that shape the atmosphere and energy of each event.

Karin is responsible for visual design and art at LAGOOON.

A graduate of the Zurich School of Fashion Design and a multidisciplinary artist, Karin is best known for her vibrant mixed-media artworks on surfboards and her signature dot art style.

Her creativity knows no bounds — she’s a painter, illustrator, graphic designer, hand-lettering artist and more. Karin thrives on experimentation and works across a wide range of media.

She also designed a limited series of jewelry, crafted by a family-run business in Germany using recycled and sustainable gold.

Karin brings color, soul and a distinct artistic touch to everything she creates at LAGOOON.

David is our Chief Happiness Officer and responsible for content and visuals/lights at LAGOOON.

Piero shapes the guest experience at LAGOOON events, from arrival to the last dance.

He coordinates security, entry management and event operations, working closely with our technical, content and communications teams to keep the experience seamless and welcoming.

With a professional background spanning advertising technology, marketing and hospitality, Piero brings a versatile mix of practical skills, creative thinking and an eye for detail. He understands how people, spaces and processes need to come together to make an event work.

Behind the decks as Ceno Dop, he is also part of the LAGOOON DJ team, bringing a musical perspective to his work on the guest experience.

Piero plays a key role in translating LAGOOON’s identity into a lived experience — shaping the atmosphere, energy and character of each event through thoughtful planning and hands-on coordination.

Julia is our content creator & host at LAGOOON.

Julia captures Lagooon’s moments, brings its stories to life as a host and manages its social media presence.

Her Lagooon story started as a guest at the very first party. What started as simply enjoying the night soon turned into becoming part of the team.

Outside of Lagooon, Julia works as an HR specialist. At Lagooon, you’ll find her between the camera, the crowd and the next story, capturing moments, hosting and bringing the Lagooon vibe to life online.

For Julia, Lagooon is simple: good music, good people and the kind of night you can count on. A place to dive in, switch off and just enjoy the moment.

Alin is our website manager & videographer at LAGOOON.

Alin is our IT guy. With Danish roots, he brings a calm, precise approach to everything digital. He builds and manages our website, keeping it fast, clean and up to date, and creates the 3D visuals that shape the look of our events, turning ideas into immersive worlds of light and motion.

Camera in hand, Alin captures the energy of LAGOOON on video: the crowd, the music, the moments that make each night unique. As a video editor and artist, he cuts that footage into films with rhythm and feeling, so those who were there can relive it, and those who weren't can feel what they missed.

Joel is our food, bar operations & logistics lead at LAGOOON.

At Jumi, he discovered his love of cheese, meat and good food. Jumi is a Swiss company specialising in artisan cheese and meat specialities. More than ten years later, Joel is part of Jumi’s core team, looking after customers and organising and delivering events.

At LAGOOON, he brings that experience to the practical details that make guests feel welcome — from a well-run bar to the logistics behind each event. Working closely with the team and our venue partners, he helps everything come together smoothly.

Joel thrives on variety, connecting with people and sharing quality food and memorable experiences. His hands-on approach and enthusiasm make him a natural fit for LAGOOON, bringing a passion for hospitality and over a decade of experience at Jumi.
